At ŞA-RA, we have the capacity to produce energy transmission line hardware for up to 800 kV voltage with between one and six conduits, dampers and warning spheres. We use steel, aluminum or stainless steel to produce these products, depending on area of use.
We manufacture the casts for all previously unproduced goods at our own facilities and run thorough checks with our quality assurance teams. Later, we complete the production of sample products and run design controls through comprehensive tests including horizontal and vertical stretching, Charpy impact tests and chemical analyses. We begin mass production only after having examined all details and carried out the necessary revisions. We re-run the pre-production tests after production through a method of random product sampling in order to guarantee the shipment of faultless products.
We manufacture our products on fully-automatic CNC machines, steel and aluminum forging and aluminum casting lines, in keeping with international standards and the specifications provided by customers. After manufacturing, we diligently carry out the galvanized coating and/or electrostatic powder coating processes. We pack the products according to transport circumstances and deliver where and how our customers require in keeping with current INCOTERM standards.
From raw materials reception to shipping, all our processes are overseen by quality teams which work independently of plant management.
