Traffic Sign and Signaling Poles

At ŞA-RA, we can undertake the design and manufacturing of polygonal and circular section pole pipes and cages, traffic signaling poles, overhead sign and board poles (including Omega).
We can successfully carry out all forms of pole design with our experienced engineering team. Upon customer request, we can carry out type testing for our designs at internationally accredited stations to provide reliable products that are to international standards.

We can carry out static analyses for designs sent in by our customers and administrations and prepare detailed production drawings and carding. For special designs that have not been manufactured before, we carry out prototype installation and undertake any necessary revisions arising from detailed controls carried out by our quality teams. Only then do we move on to the mass production stage. Our customers and officials from the end-user administrations can also join these processes.

Our production processes are carried out on fully-automatic CNC machines in keeping with international standards and customer specifications. We apply galvanized coating to make our products more durable, pack them according to transportation conditions and deliver according to the current INCOTERM conditions. Our independent quality teams diligently supervise all stages of production.
