At ŞA-RA we produce silicone isolators for 420 kV, 170 kV and 36 kV energy transmission lines with our modern manufacturing plant with a capacity of 5000 items/month.
Through our Design and R&D departments, we realize silicone isolator designs which meet the special requirements of our customers as well as international testing standards. Our experienced manufacturing team runs the testing and mass production processes with diligence, while our quality assurance team works with accredited testing organizations to complete type and design testing to make our products ready for use.
Product Range and Control Processes
The silicone isolators we manufacture to international standards and customer specifications cover a wide working range for 36 kV, 170 kV and 420 kV energy transmission lines. Our product range includes silicone isolators varying in size from 440 mm to 5000 mm.
Our machinery pool contains high-technology equipment such as silicone isolator manufacturing machines, heat treatment ovens, pultrusion lines and end piece assembly presses.
Our quality assurance laboratory conducts the following tests to ensure the durability and performance of our products:
