At ŞA-RA, we have a specialized team for the design and manufacturing of polygonal and circular section pole pipes and cages, traffic signaling poles, overhead sign and board poles (including Omega). We are capable of designing all sorts of poles with our experienced engineering group. Should the customer so request, we can successfully carry out type testing for our in-house designed structures at internationally accredited stations.
Furthermore, our professional team can carry out static analysis, manufacturing drawings and carding for designs sent in by our customers and relevant authorities. For products which have not been previously manufactured, we carry out the prototype set-up and control processes with our quality teams, then carry out any revisions necessitated by detailed examinations before moving on to the mass production stage. Should they so require, our customers or officials from end-user administrations can participate in prototype testing.
We manufacture our products on fully-automatic CNC machines in line with international standards and the specifications provided by customers or administrations. Following the manufacturing process, we complete the galvanized coating process, pack our products according to transportation circumstances and deliver them where and how the customer requests in keeping with the current INCOTERM conditions. All our processes, from raw materials reception to shipment are overseen diligently by our independent quality teams.
We are proud to have produced many traffic signaling poles and pole cages in Ankara. If requested, we can support our customers by providing supervisory services during the installation stage.
