Established facilities for the galvanization of steel products, making ŞA-RA the leader in this field. Established six new facilities in the OSTİM Industrial Zone in Ankara to increase capacity for power transmission line production.
1990
Acquired a 50,000 m² facility in Polatlı, Ankara to expand capacity. New galvanization facilities began to meet galvanization demand from the market.

Established corporate headquarters office in Ankara to manage contracting and exportation activities.

Acquired power transmission line, pole, transformer center, steel, heavy steel, bolts and connector units manufacturing facilities in Adana. This acquisition was the first
step towards the establishment of 60,000 m² indoor facilities on a total of 230,000 m².
2002-2004
Increased customer diversity by entering new markets including Iraq, Algeria Lebanon, Jordan, Georgia, Malta, Pakistan and Ethiopia. First sales to public and
private entities in Australia.

Acquired three Magic Hotels from TUI, Europe’s largest travel group, with a strategy of growth in tourism
2012-2013
Obtained contract for power transmission line pole supply in Canada. Supplied poles to six of the “Top Ten” projects in Canada. Supplied poles and steel for transformer facilities as the main supplier for the Algerian Ministry of Energy.
2015
Obtained contract for a 600 MVA Van Back-to-Back transformation facility with TEİAŞ. ŞA-RA Enerji became the first and only Turkish company to undertake a
project of this scale.
2016
Supplied steel construction units for “Lower Churchill”, the largest transformer facility project in North America.
2017-2018
Increased the number of galvanization facilities and commissioned a new fully-automatic galvanization facility. The ŞA-RA R&D and Design Center, approved by
the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology became operational.
2019
Increased the number of CNC processing machines and commissioned a new integrated plant including a fully automatic galvanization facility. Reached an annual
200,000 tons of section and sheet metal galvanization capacity.
2020
ŞA-RA Enerji continued its rise through the ISO 500, which lists the largest companies in Türkiye.
2021
Signed 7-year option framework agreement with the Elia Group, which carries out power distribution in Belgium and 50Hertz, which distributes power in the German
states of Mecklenburg, Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony-Anhalt, Saxony and Thüringen. Intensified work of digital transformation and sustainability.
2023
Acquired robotic welding machine capable of butterfly welding to provide services to German power generation companies. Began the initial public offering process.

Passed the quality and manufacturing evaluation of the German power distributor Tennet to receive pole manufacturing clearing and entered the list of approved
