At \u015eA-RA, we are experts in the design and manufacturing of energy transmission poles of up to 800 kV voltage and poles used for GSM, TV, radio, radar and similar telecommunications fields. We carry out the prototype production of structures which have never been manufactured before with great attention to detail and run detailed checks through our quality assurance teams. We implement any necessary revisions before starting mass production. Our customers and officials from the end-user administrations are welcome to join our testing process, should they so require.<\/p>

Our facility has an annual steel manufacturing capacity of 200,000 tons and is capable of manufacturing all kinds and dimensions of steel plates and rolls using the fully-automatic CNC machines it is equipped with. We manufacture our products on fully-automatic machines to international standards and any individual specifications our customers may require. We possess certification for TS EN 1090 steel and aluminum structural applications and construction class EXC4 (rail or road crossings over high-density population or highly dangerous industrial facilities, safety tanks at nuclear energy\u00a0plants). We are also accredited with an EN ISO 3834 certificate for quality standards. Furthermore, our entire welding and manufacturing team are qualified to US (ASME) and Canadian (CWB) standards, having taken the necessary tests and obtained certification. We produce all welding work to the desired penetration and quality standards using welding robots. We perform all manufacturing processes to zero error principles and utilize all technological resources to achieve this.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Following manufacturing, we carry out the galvanized coating process. Our facility is capable of hot-dip galvanized coating to European (EN), US (ASTM), Canadian (CSA) and German (Dast) standards and is accredited with the TSE TS ISO 45001, TS EN ISO 14001, TS EN ISO 9001, TS EN ISO 1461 and DAST Guideline 022 certificates. Following the hot-dip galvanization process and depending on customer requirements, we are capable of carrying out dulling (specific to the North American market), a capacity which very few facilities in the world have. Following galvanization, we pack the products in accordance with transport conditions and deliver to customer-specified locations in keeping with current INCOTERM standards.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

All of our manufacturing processes, from raw materials reception to the shipping of the final product are overseen by quality assurance teams who work independently of the plant management. Furthermore, our ability to produce the bolts used in energy transmission line poles distinguishes our fully-automatic galvanization facility from the competition. We are the first Turkish company to be able to produce to European, US and Canadian standards while offering this feature.<\/p>\n
