At \u015eA-RA, we carry out all heavy steel construction manufacturing for transformer facilities, switch fields, stands support elements, oil rigs and construction carcasses in-house. Our manufacturing capacity is suitable for the production of supporting platforms and all relevant steel structures used in switch fields and transformer facilities of up to 800 kV voltage.<\/p>

Furthermore, we manufacture polygonal, pipe and cage section and similar steel structures used under solar panels on a high-quality and timely delivery basis. We are the company of choice for steel construction structures, which are among the most crucial elements of significant energy investments, due to our capacity and our adherence to timely delivery and suitable quality.<\/p>

Production for both in-house designs that meet the customer\u2019s needs and specification requirements and projects that are sent in for manufacture are carried out using fully-automatic CNC machines. Thanks to our approach to manufacturing, which aims to prevent even the slightest mishaps during installation by carrying out product validation and prototype installation as needed and according to customer requests, we have the capacity to identify project errors before delivery. We specialize in welding methods used in particular in heavy steel construction manufacturing. \u015eA-RA is the first Turkish company that can undertake welding to European, US and Canadian standards. Our welder teams are qualified to these standards and possess the relevant certification. Using the latest technology robotic welding systems, we can ensure quality and speed that is almost impossible to achieve through manual methods in welded structures.<\/p>

We make use of our hot-dip galvanization facilities which are capable of implementing galvanized coating to all relevant steel structures to finalize our products, with the entire process taking place in-house at \u015eA-RA. We also manufacture the bolts used in heavy steel structures in-house.<\/p>
